OUR HISTORY

From residential roots
to a broader practice.

The firm’s residential roots began with HUD projects, where functional planning and economical construction shaped the approach.

That foundation grew into domestic and international work—from homes and senior living to hospitality, community master plans and dense urban development.

Residential foundations.

Housing established a practical focus on function and construction. The residential portfolio broadened to townhouses, apartments, condominiums and senior living.

A wider range of places.

The practice expanded across suburban and urban settings, with commercial work ranging from neighborhood shopping to multilevel urban malls.

Service through delivery.

Planning, design, documentation and responsive service connect the firm’s early vision with the demands of development.

Regional experience. Informed execution.

Our South Florida portfolio is supported by established consultant relationships and knowledge of municipal review processes, informing our work from planning through delivery.
